The Holocaust Museum and Learning Center was opened in 1995 and is a department of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.

The museum provides a chronological history of the Holocaust that include personal experiences of Holocaust survivors who immigrated to St. Louis. There are also photographs, artifacts, and audio-visual displays that show the events that took place in Europe between 1933-1946.

The displays also include pre-war Jewish life and post war life and events.
