Scott Air Force Base

Scott Field Heritage Air Park

At bases throughout the Air Force, airparks are used to display Air Force aircraft and commemorate significant events. The mission of the Scott Heritage Air Park is to portray the history of Scott Air Force Base, the Air Mobility Command and the Airlift, and Air Refueling and Aeromedical Evacuation missions.

The Scott Airpark includes aircraft that have played significant roles supporting our nation’s military from Vietnam through Afghanistan and Iraq. These types of aircraft include the C-141 Starlifter, and the KC-135 Stratotanker. The airpark also includes aircraft on display that were flown by men and women assigned to Scott Air Force Base. These include the C-9 Nightingale and the C-140 Jetstar.
